WHAT YOU OFFER…

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PR or Communications role with proven experience creating exceptional content. Please note that candidates will be requested to provide a portfolio demonstrating a variety of their written material.

POSITION OVERVIEW…

The Implementation Specialist will work with our clients (medical clinic professionals) to provide an exceptional end-to-end experience. This role offers opportunities to be client-facing (via video conference) and leverage  customer relations and training skills.  The Implementation Specialist will understand client needs & provide training or issue resolution to optimize utilization of our practice management solution. Having a curiosity about technology and an ability to understand our solution, you will be a problem solver who makes every client experience with BoomerangFX an exceptional one!

  • Perform online (and possibly on-site) training sessions for new clients to the platform.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Account Executives and clients to manage the implementation of BoomerangFX solutions thoroughly and on a schedule based on specific client timelines.
  • Schedule and perform client training online and onsite. Track all components of the implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and workflows within the software suite.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients. Support training for new team members.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

  • Provide product demos, client/user education and training in BoomerangFX product suite.
  • Connect with new/existing clients and understand their business needs & technical queries.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the software implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.
  • Build rapport with clients and act as “trusted advisor” regarding all BoomerangFX software issues.
  • Ensure a positive experience for every client and make our customers feel valued and respected.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Practice Optimization team works closely with our customers (healthcare clinics) to optimize the value of BoomerangFX technology, ensuring that customers have the training, knowledge and support needed to fully benefit from this market-leading solution. Practice Optimization Consultants are client-facing technical professionals who share their extensive knowledge of the healthcare clinic industry. They are healthcare clinic industry experts who share both industry best practices and technical competency with our valued customer base.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide remote and on-site practice management consulting and training to clients in the medical clinic space.
  • Act in the best interest of the clinic to increase revenues and minimize costs by utilizing the BfX software to its full potential.
  • Assist Sales in closing the opportunity by presenting or analyzing business needs in sales discussions.
  • Screen current software clients and assess practice management needs.
  • Direct and manage multiple (10+) client projects simultaneously.
  • Write detailed reports outlining key findings and recommendations for improvement for practice assessment projects
  • Assist with development of new practice management consulting services, seminars, and publications.
  • Conduct seminars and presentations. Maintain client profile in HubSpot
  • Keep current on practice management trends/issues through professional literature and relevant conferences.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • This role requires comprehensive understanding of private / cosmetic medical practices.
  • Skills include: Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ practice management experience in a medical clinic.
  • Broad experience in all aspects of practice management to include billing/collections, accounts receivable/payable, employee supervision and training, scheduling, patient relations, medical office procedures, financial analysis, and marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of current dynamics of non-insured health care industry

 

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Selecting features, building, and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will oversee B2C marketing campaign management on behalf of our clients, (medical clinics), across North America. Our Marketing Automation Specialist will leverage strengths in automation logic, conversion optimization, data integrity and lead generation/nurturing, in order to promote the success of our clients: physicians and medical clinic business owners.  By utilized established email marketing best practices and in-depth analytics, you will promote and ensure our clients’ success in reaching and converting potential & new medical clinic customers!

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Oversee email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these programs for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Perform A/B testing to define/execute enhancements to productivity, CR, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

 

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Minimum two years of marketing automation
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Marketo Expert certification is preferred

Digital Marketing: Client Account Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Client Account Manager oversees client relationships directly and works closely with our marketing team.  This role will interface with Content Writers, Landing Page Designers, and Graphic Designers to be the voice of the client.  The Account Manager is also a proactive mentor and trainer who effectively shares experiential knowledge of successful campaigns & profitable practices, as well as being a company-wide resource on digital marketing and industry trends.

 

BOTTOM LINE:  You will use your understanding of digital marketing strategies and ability to monitor and analyze individual account performance to delight each client & grow revenue!

KEY FUNCTIONS OF THIS ROLE…

  • Accountable for the intake of digital assets from client, gaining approval of marketing output and communicating status and results to the client. Reach out to new clients in a timely manner and establish a friendly rapport from the beginning of the engagement.  Whenever possible, try to be the single point-of-contact for any client interactions.

 

  • Communicate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and how they can help solve those challenges with digital marketing services. Be familiar with the products of the clients in our vertical market(s), and their use of digital marketing solutions to drive leads and support branding objectives.

 

  • Turn client requests into tasks for production teams in a timely manner communicating reasonable deadlines and priorities. Submit or obtain all necessary inputs from client for each task.  Act as a consultant in communications with the client.  Understand business objectives and respond with digital marketing ideas.

 

  • Astutely manage client-facing time given the level of revenue each client is bringing in to the practice. Establish effective team meetings and client interactions. Identify actionable ways to improve current client relationship and apply learnings to future processes & output. Understand that smaller clients, without marketing personnel, may lean on you for more than is your responsibility. Be able to identify this and persuade them into the managed practice model where appropriate.

 

  • Mediate escalated issues and ensure team members demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. When key milestones are met (75% capacity), hire new Account Manager to your team. Manage team through mentorship, monitoring client interactions and setting achievable, quantitative goals each quarter.

 

  • Present opportunities for client to increase their spend with the digital marketing team. Be accountable for measuring and reporting the results of each incremental step up. Identify and recommend future digital marketing features when clients inquire. Prioritize by what will make clients most willing to stay with BFX longer while increasing their profitability.
